Job summary

We are looking for a Skin & Beauty Therapist who is currently either working in the industry, returning after a break, or new to the industry and eager to train. This role is ideal for someone who delivers exceptional client care, is a natural people person, is passionate about developing their skills and knowledge, values building long-term relationships, and thrives in an environment that prioritises quality, care and professional development.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver advanced skin and laser treatments to a high standard, including but not limited to:

- Laser Hair Removal

- IPL Skin Rejuventation

- Electrolysis

- Microneedling

- Chemical Peels

- Advanced Electrical Facials

• Carry out detailed client consultations and treatment planning

• Provide confident homecare and product recommendations

• Maintain accurate client treatment records

• Uphold excellent hygiene and treatment room presentation

• Support diary management and client bookings when needed

• Handle payments and rebooking confidently

• Attend ongoing training and development

• Follow clinic policies, health and safety, and data protection procedures

• Represent Elite Skin Studio professionally at all times

Qualifications and experience:

• A minimum Level 3 qualification in Beauty or a skin related industry

• Experience in delivering advanced skin and/or laser treatments

• Confidence in client consultation and aftercare advice

• Confidence in product sales and homecare recommendations
