Dermalux LED Phototherapy
Targeted, gentle light therapy for every skin concern
Calm, Soothe, Strengthen Skin
Versatile, Effective & Pain-Free
Available in the Studio or At Home

Treatment overview
Dermalux LED Phototherapy is a cutting-edge, non-invasive treatment that uses the power of light to address your specific skin concerns. Clinically proven wavelengths of light penetrate the skin, triggering natural rejuvenating processes:
Red Light: This wavelength stimulates collagen production, improves skin hydration, and diminishes the appearance of fine lines.
Blue Light: Blue light targets acne-causing bacteria, helping to reduce breakouts and calm inflammation.
Near-Infrared Light: This light promotes skin healing, reduces redness, and soothes sensitive skin. Dermalux can be enjoyed as a standalone treatment (typically a course of 12 sessions, 2-3 times per week) or incorporated into other treatments like our Studio Facials and Peels. Whether used alone or in combination, Dermalux works from within to enhance your skin's health, providing visible and long-lasting results.

A skin journey as unique as you are
Light therapy has become quite a trend over the last few years, but not all LED is created equal. That’s why we partner with Dermalux and Omnilux, technologies recognised for their safety, clinical effectiveness, and proven outcomes. We use Dermalux to strengthen sensitive or inflamed skin before advanced treatments, tailoring wavelength combinations to your exact needs following a detailed Skin Analysis Consultation. For clients who can’t visit regularly, we also offer the Omnilux at-home device with supporting guidance, ensuring your results continue beyond the studio.
What should I expect?

Before
No special preparation is needed, but we simply ask that you arrive without makeup. We'll conduct a brief skin assessment (or a full Skin Analysis Consultation if it's your first visit) to determine the ideal light settings for your skin.

During
You'll relax comfortably under the Dermalux Compact System. You may notice a gentle warming sensation as the light interacts with your skin. While the light is initially bright, the treatment is entirely comfortable and many find it to be a calming and restful experience. Each session typically lasts 20-30 minutes, depending on your personalized treatment plan. Dermalux is a versatile treatment that can enhance the benefits of other skin treatments or be used as a standalone course to address inflammatory skin concerns. A typical course for addressing inflammation such as rosacea and acne involves 12 sessions, with a visit 2-3 times per week.

After
There's no downtime required after a Dermalux treatment. You may notice a healthy, radiant glow, and any slight redness will typically subside quickly. If your Dermalux session was combined with other treatments, we'll provide you with tailored aftercare advice. In most cases, you can resume your normal activities immediately.
