Yes, there is parking available for the Studio, which can be accessed via the service road between the Waitrose and B&M Car Park.
No. We’re advanced skin therapists, not medical doctors. We don’t diagnose or prescribe. We provide non-medical skin treatments and guidance, and we’ll refer you to your GP or a dermatologist when medical assessment or prescription treatment is needed.
We accept all major debit and credit cards and cash. When you book online we securely capture your card details to hold the appointment. Your card is not charged at that time. With your permission the saved card can be used as your ongoing payment method in the studio. Charges are only made when you authorise payment or in line with our cancellation policy.
We offer a full spectrum of advanced skin treatments, permanent hair removal (laser and electrolysis), and targeted blemish removal, as well as brow and lash treatments, and relaxing massage and facial treatments. Our treatments are supported by medical-grade homecare.
Most skin and laser plans work well monthly. However for skin rejuvenation such as CACI and ENDYMED your visits will be more frequent to begin with. We will confirm your plan during your consultation.

Yes. All treatments are suitable for men as well as women. Every plan is tailored individually.
True skin transformation comes from how you treat your skin every day. You Studio treatments are there to accelerate your results and work deeper into the skin, but your daily skincare protects are imperative to assuring your results.

Yes for most services. It lets us understand your skin, goals and medical history, then design a safe, effective plan.
We listen to your goals, review your skin and routine, discuss options and costs, and outline a step-by-step plan with aftercare and next steps. We also take sub-dermal images of your skin so we can better understand what your skin needs in order to reach your goals.
Sometimes, yes, as long as we have allowed enough time to do so. Where a patch test or medical clearance is required, treatment will begin at a follow-up appointment.
Some treatments and ingredients are not suitable if you are pregnant or have certain medical conditions. We will go through this during your consultation.
