Based in Newport, Shropshire, we’ve earned a reputation for our advanced skincare and permanent hair removal solutions. We’re dedicated to supporting our clients’ journeys, investing in continuous staff training, and fostering a positive work environment.
Your Role
As a Skin & Beauty Therapist, your focus will be on Studio and CACI facials, electrolysis hair removal, lash & brow treatments, with the opportunity to grow into advanced skin and laser therapies. Training and development will be provided, helping you to grow and develop as a therapist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional client care for every visit
- Perform electrolysis hair removal, Studio Facials, CACI treatments and brow & lash treatments
- Conduct skin consultations, recommend homecare, and assist with Studio operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: GCSEs (including English & Maths)
- Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or related field (ITEC/VTCT or equivalent)
Experience
- Required: Salon or clinic experience
- Preferable: Electrolysis experience or a desire to train
Skills
- Passion for skincare and wellness
- Strong knowledge of the skincare and beauty industry
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Enjoyment in recommending and selling homecare products and treatments
What We Offer
- Salary: from £13 per hour dependent on experience (from £25,000 annual salary)
- Work-Life Balance: A 4-day, 37-hour work week, with 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
